How to upgrade your Splashtop service?

Convert Business Access to Remote Support

Please contact our Sales at sales@splashtop.com or call (408) 861-1088 x125 and we will glad to help convert you over so you can purchase the Remote Support package online afterwards.  (or vice versa)

 

Increase Business Access user licenses

Login at my.splashtop.com, click on the "Upgrade" button Screen_Shot_2017-03-21_at_2.20.26_PM.png

or click on your name/email at the top right of the page and choose "Subscriptions".   Then click on "change".

Click on the "+" to change and show the payment information.

* The new licenses are prorated up to the same date as the original purchase.

 

Increase Remote Support computer package license

The process is similar to upgrading the Business Access service.  Login at my.splashtop.com, then click on the "Upgrade" button

or click on your name/email at the top/right of the page and choose "Subscriptions", then click on "change plan".

* The new package is the difference of the packages and prorated up to the same date as the original purchase.
