How to enable attended/unattended permission on new SOS+

This Granular control determines if the user will have access to Attended access(SOS) or not 

The permission setting is configured through or web console by the team's Owner.

  1. Log into with the owner account.
  2. Management tab
  3. Users
  4. Locate the user and click on in the Granular controls column.
  5. If it's lit up, that means attended access is enabled.
  6. If the option appears greyed out, it indicates that attended access is disabled.
