I've upgraded from Splashtop Remote Desktop to Splashtop Business. Why can't I see my computer from iPad?


First, please make sure you have logged in to your Splashtop Account in the Splashtop Streamer (the latest version) and the Splashtop client app.


Only the Splashtop Streamer which has the same Splashtop Account login will be shown in the Splashtop client app.
