- Login to the website my.splashtop.com (if you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot password" link, and check your email)
- Hover the mouse over your email ID at the top right of the page and choose "Account Info"
- Links for change email or password and delete account under Account Summary
- If you are changing the email to an already existing account in Splashtop servers, you need to delete or change the email of that account first.
Note: If you logged into the streamer software agents with an email and password versus the deployment streamer, changing the email or password will make those computers inaccessible until you login with the new credentials.
