How can I be associated to more than 1 Splashtop team/account?

A Splashtop ID/email can only be associated to one Business team/account.  So, if the team owner tries to invite the ID/email to a different team, they will get a failure message.

Alternative

An alternative is to use a different ID/email on each team.  You would create several email accounts at Splashtop, such as john.doe1@splashtop.com and john.doe2@splashtop.com.  Where john.doe1 is part of Team1 and john.doe2 is part of Team2.  

The Windows and Mac business app (stb_icon.png) are designed to store several accounts so you can quickly switch accounts and access the associated set of computers/devices.

Windows

  1. Open the Business app and login with 1st account
  2. Click File->Add account
  3. Login with the 2nd account and so on for additional accounts
  4. To switch between accounts, File menu and choose the ID/email

Mac

  1. Open the Business app and login with 1st account
  2. Click on the profile figure (Screen_Shot_2018-06-05_at_3.46.11_PM.png) at the top right of the app and choose "Add account"
  3. Login with the 2nd account and so on for additional accounts
  4. To switch between accounts, click on the profile figure and choose the ID/email
