    Wish there was a remote way to handle this since the point of the remote... is to not need a person directly at the computer.

    @Cortney,

    Sorry, there is not a remote way using Splashtop if we can't control the Mac remotely...

    When is the splashtop streamer / Mojave compatibility going to be fixed. Virtually impossible to use computers remotely running mojave currently... Screen just flashes constantly (splashtop business - streamer and splashtop business app both up to date)

    Sean,

    Sorry about the issue.

    Can you help file a ticket, with a screenshot or short video demoing the flash screen issue so we can have more clues what the cause might be?

    Splashtop Business app and the streamer work normally with macOS 10.14 Mojave, but will have problems in some cases, e.g., when connecting to a headless Mac. We can provide corresponding workarounds after having more details. Thank you!

    Thanks for prompt response.

    Can confirm all machines are headless Mac Mini servers running Mojave so any fix would be very much appreciated.

    They run just fine over apple remote access / apple screen sharing but we need splashtop for when out of office.

    Many thanks.

    Sean,

    I created a ticket with beta version of the Mac streamer which should help. Please check. Thank you!
