Blank screen on Displaylink extended monitors

Hi all,
I have an issue where a lot of my users have Displaylink docks connected to their laptop with 2 full size screens connected. On the majority of these, the Displaylink monitors are blank and I have to get them to drag stuff over to the laptop screen. I have tried the different Advanced/Screen Capture options but it appears to make no difference.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this please?

Enabled Legacy mode and seems to be working now.
