  • This is a huge problem. It defeats the purpose of having Splashtop in a corporate environment. If we cannot access and maintain machines while users are not on or send Splashtop Console commands to them, it becomes a tool for reactive help desk. Not a serious tool to run preventive or maintenance work.

    Really frustrated!
