Crashes in High Sierra

Since the update to High Sierra, Splashtop Business crashes constantly.

Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000
Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY

I already saw that 3.1.4.1 had problems and reainstalled but that didn't help. Software is Business 3.1.6.0

Any news?

Sorry about the issue, and yes, we are looking into this.

Can you also help collect crash logs?
Console->User Diagnostic Reports, Splashtop Business*.crash

You can file a ticket and attach your logs.

I'm having the same problem. Crashes since High Sierra, Splashtop Business won't run.

Ditto here although the crashes only occur when I close disclosure triangles so it is not major but does need to get fixed. I am on APFS which I would guess is the net cause.

Thanks for being so responsive to our needs. The majority of my billable hours is due to remote support so being able to use the app on the latest and greatest Apple has to offer is rather critical.
