Target computer goes to lock screen when any input is detected from agent

I have 1 Windows 10 machine which, whenever we connect, any mouse movement or keyboard entries from the agent, causes the target machine to lock the screen.

The deployment package is in use successfully on other machines,
Any ideas on a setting on the target machine that could cause this?

  • @Karl,

Are you saying that the remote computer will be locked whenever the user on the remote side moves the mouse or inputs something through keyboard?

There should be no such issue, but we are not sure why you can reproduce the issue, please help verify. Thank you.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Vans,

It's locking whenever I as the support agent, move the mouse, or touch the keyboard.

I think it's a windows setting, but for the life of me I can't think which one.

  • @Karl,

We can't reproduce the issue. Can we have a video demoing the issue? You can share by a Google Drive or Dropbox link, thank you.

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

We are having the same issue between our Chicago and California office.  I can remote into most computers running Windows 10 with out a problem. There is one that will lock on any movement of the mouse or input from the tech's side.

Anyone figure out what the setting is that can be toggled to alleviate this issue?
