cannot connect - splashtop business

I was trying to connect to my parents computer in San Antonio. I've sent the deployment file multiple times on different days. When I have them uninstall splashtop business and reinstall with the new deployment every other day because it state it cannot not connect. I just bought this product and I'm really frustrated with its reliability. My parents want me to switch back to logmein because it worked every time. I like your product but I will ask for a refund if I continue to experience the cannot connect

  • I am having the same problem on one of five servers today.  Just happens to be the database server which I need to do some maintenance on but cannot. Tried "Restart Streamer" and "Disconnect" .  Which did not help.

    Can I know the name of the computer getting the issue? I need to collect more info to help address the issue.

  • The computer name is WIN2008-SQL2012.  Now it shows "offline" - tried "Wake up" and no change.

    I found several successful session logs connecting to the server WIN2008-SQL2012 on Nov 29, all from a computer named DESKTOP-J7TQ2BN. 

    It might be an issue on your local computer with the business app installed. Please help open the app, make sure the server is showing offline in the computer list, then click Help to open drop-down list, click Send debug logs button to send us logs. Please also let me know the account name you used to log in the app. 

    We will check logs and address the issue.
