Copy Paste functionality is not working

According to splashtop user guide and solutions offered on the page, we tried all four possible solutions to check the clipboard issue but none of the four solutions helped. Please guide us as to how this can be fixed. 

Splashtop business app is being used for one PC and one Macbook Pro'13.
