Open Chat box on both computers not just the end users
It would be nice to be able to open the chat box not just on the computer we are remoting into but also have a chat box open on our end also.
Currently the chat box only opens on the client's machine. If we minimize the window and start looking something up and if the client responds to the chat box, we half to open the remote window and open the chatbox on the client's machine to see the response. This can disrupt what the client is currently doing. It would be nice to see the responses or open a chat box on our side also not just on the client's machine.
Other remote and remote support programs open a chat box on both ends and has the option to read the chat log without needing to open the chat box on the client's machine.
