Laptop won't connect to my business account

One of my client's laptop was connected to my account, but will now not connect.  It is definitely on the internet, but every time I try to fix the setting, I get the error that the laptop is not connected to the internet or the proxy server settings need to be changed.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the streamer, but no luck.  It will not connect to my splashtop account.

    I checked the backend, it seems your setup has no issue and there is also an online computer. Was there any error message when you saw the issue? Was it at Splashtop Business app or streamer log-in that you found the issue, or when you tried to establish a remote session you saw the issue?

    I need to know more details to address the issue. Thank you.
