Can't control upon connection

My client recently installed Splashtop Streamer, and I could connect the first time but never control it. I closed the window and tried again, but could not connect. Any ideas? Internet is fine on both ends.

I noticed that you are using 2.6.5.5 Splashtop Business app on your Mac. Please upgrade the app to 3.0.6.0, then see if the issue still happens.
