Can't connect to work Mac

I've upgraded my Mac at home to OS10.11.5 and Splashtop 3.0.8.3 and now can't access my work Mac ('Please make sure network is available and Splashtop Streamer is running'). If you could please advise how to fix this issue I'd be grateful. Thank you

    I checked the backend the Mac under your team is also showing offline. Please help upgrade the streamer to 3.0.8.3 and make sure it is at log-in status then see if it could work. If still not work, please help collect logs:

    •  /Users/Shared/SplashtopStreamer/SPLOG.txt
    • ~/Library/Logs/SPLog.txt (single user machine) 

    Please also let us know the time stamp you reproduced the issue.
