Can't get Mac open password incorrect

I couldn't get the streaming to start even though it seemed to see both computers only the PCs was ok to connect. Kept sausage nag password incorrect when I opened up streamer on my Mac.10.6 ,erased software oermanently and unistalked software and started again, still say password incorrect and my d ll shows up but not my Mac. Is it because I erased it oermanentky!
Should I erase account and start all over again? Cheers Cliff

Sorry for the late reply. Are you running into issues still?
A few troubleshooting steps:
1) Open streamer window. Go to Security tab. Make sure "require Windows login" or "require security code" is *not* checked. Try connecting again.
2) Use tray icon to *exit* the streamer then launch it again. Try connecting again.
If neither helps, please file a support ticket and attach the following debug logs so we can troubleshoot a bit:
your Windows streamer: C:\Program Files (x86)\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server\log\*.*
your Mac Splashtop Business app: ~/Library/Containers/com.splashtop.stb.macosx/Data/Library/Logs/STClient.log
