Reports to Watchman Monitoring

Watchman Monitor does monitor all of my client computers for many different things (Mac/Linux- Windows in advanced beta). It would be nice to talk with them so that the monitoring software can alerts administrator when Splashtop has been disabled, needs an update, and a few more reports.  They have the tech to do it, but just might need an engineer to contact them so they know which files to look for, etc.
