Digitally sign SplashTopSOS.exe using SHA1 for Windows XP/2003

Your SplashTopSOS.exe is digitally signed with your company SHA256 certificate which is great, but SHA256 is not supported in older operating systems and will show the digital signature as 'corrupt' or not valid.  It will also show as this publisher is not verified when you attempt to run the file.

A solution would be to dual sign the executable with SHA1 and SHA256 signatures, or create two separate versions for download based on OS.

For some (many) users it is alarming to run a program that says publisher is not verified or the signature is corrupt.
