Same ongoing issue, still not resolved?

I'm searching these posts, I already had conversations and submitted multiple posts, and yet I have the very same issues; Splashtop is not running on various end users computers and with an existing LogMeIn subscription I can see and login to turn them back on, and then the group they were assigned is no longer the group they are in.

I'm concerned that this is now obviously a pre-existing situation that I was not aware of prior to my sending logs and conversing with support, etc., and I'm baffled to see it's been going on for some time, and now my situation is well over a week, and logs being sent, and still?????

Can someone with the ability to escalate this do so and get it fixed?

    Yes, we checked logs and did find the cause.

    There is one of the registry keys somehow failed to be decrypted, so the streamer could not keep logged in and was logged off. This is rare and not expected.

    For the computers you sent us logs, since the streamer was re-deployed, they work normally now.

    I have created a ticket for you, and would need your help to verify couple questions and let you know what we are going to do to resolve the issue.
