User initiate chat

I would like to see a feature like LogMeIn where users can open the calling card/sos and request a chat. 


With LogMeIn the Users have a calling card install on their computer whenever they required support. They click on it to open, get through the security and then a tech picks up the incoming session to start chatting with a tech. Is this possible?

    We're thinking about beefing up our SOS product and will keep your suggestion in mind.

    Do you use a ticketing solution by the way (ITSM or PSA)?
