Mouse icon doesn’t match target computer mouse icon

The mouse icon on the target computer changes to match mouse function when selecting the tab key. The mouse icon on the Splashtop client is not changing. This problem only started with the recent update. The mouse icon must reflect mode changes on the target otherwise I will not know what mode the mouse is in.

I am now experiencing this issue roughly 2 years later, following an update.
