How do i send command-option-c to remote mac?

I need to press a multi-key combination in an application open on a remote mac: command-option-c. I cant find a way to send that key combo from my host mac that will register in the client Mac.

Is there a way to tell Splashtop to send those keys to my remote mac, so it can act on the application open in that Mac? Or a way to open a virtual keyboard on the client Mac and type those characters simultaneously?

Obviously, there is no user at this remote Mac and wont be for months and I am trying to avoid making someone go to this location just to press these keys.

Thanks,

Dan

  • @Daniel,

Please on your host Mac, go to System Preferences/Security & Privacy/Privacy/Accessibility then check Splashtop Business, then it should send hotkeys to the remote Mac.
