Allow Members to use SOS in Splashtop Business Remote Support Plus
Requiring a user to be an Admin to be able to use the SOS functionality is a royal pain. That gives them way too much access to the rest of the Splashtop environment just to be able to also do SOS sessions.
We have computer groups that correspond to multiple companies that we support, and not every user supports every company. By requiring the user to be an Admin just to do SOS, they gain access to too much in my.splashtop.com, meaning they could make changes for computer groups they don't need to, make changes to users, invite users, etc.
They don't need to do that stuff - they just need to do unattended access to the computer groups they've been assigned to, and be able to do SOS. They don't need the ability to make admin-level changes.
