Cannot Connect. Please make sure network is available and Splashtop streamer is running.

Streamer running on a Windows 10 computer. I can connect from my iPhone phone fine, but I cannot connect from my Windows 10 or MacBook computer. Get this message "Cannot Connect   Please make sure network is available and Splashtop streamer is running." It's available because I just connected from my phone.
