Provision non-exempt employee remote user access during business hours only

Our company has Splashtop Remote Premium, and I am able to give end-users the ability to connect to specific computers using the Splashtop Business app. For exempt employees (State/local overtime labor laws do not apply), this is fine, but for non-exempt employees, we would like to be able to restrict their remote access to business hours only.
