invalid invitation

Hi! My company sent me an invitation to join Splashtop. I installed Splashtop Business on my home computer, and Splashtop Streamer on my work computer. The home computer shows up under "Devices" but the work computer does NOT show up under "Computers". When I try to accept the invitation email, I get "Invalid Invitation." Does my boss need to send me a new invitation?
