Splashtop Business Access Legacy

I have been using Business Access (now legacy) for several years and remain very pleased with the product in general.  I understand that new features will only go into the new pro and other releases but I do have a couple of issues:

1) I have two users on my account, each with 10 PCs.  I only discovered recently that you cannot each user accessing the same machine remotely at the same time.  I had expected that as they were separate users for which I pay a subscription for each, that this would be possible. 

2) On deploying a streamer to a new windows machine, I could not get the deployment packages to work and could not find a 'standard' streamer for the old system on the website.  I got round this by copying a version I already had and letting it update itself.
