Screen display issues when launching Splashtop's remote computer

Hi, I need help for the two issues I have. Also, is there anything I need to do on my end. I am using MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7, and the remote computer is on Windows 10.

1. Too zoomed in virtual screen display. It is not working well and there are vertical and horizontal scroll bars. I want to get rid of the scroll bars. I tried changing the resolution, but sometimes it does not work which means either the display shrinks off to a smaller one which I do not want (I want it to full occupy my local monitor's screen) or the scroll bars are still showing up. However, right now, it is perfectly displaying exactly what I want it to be (screenshot below), but it does not happen all the time.

2. There are weird blue horizontal lines on screen which prevents me to open any application on the Desktop, and currently, the solution I have is to restart the remote computer which is a hassle for me as I need to do the restart for several times just for the lines to disappear.

Thanks for the help!
