"User Activity" status issue

We have recently deployed multiple mini PCs in our lab. Some are Intel NUCs and some from Beelink. On all of these mini PCs, the User Activity is always shown as Active Now whereas we know for a fact that nobody is using it and in some cases, user went on leave for couple of days and the computer was still showing active. Any idea what might be the issue? Thanks
