Contingent Alerts/Recovery alerts

I would request the ability to make an alerts that either triggers the recovery of an offline computer, letting me know that it came back online. Or another way to make this work would be to make alerts be able to be linked or contingent. For instance saying I only want an uptime alert IF there has been a offline alert.

Having more control over alerts would help keep an eye easily on a computing environment.
