Force all applications to open on the primary monitor.

Is there a way to force all applications to open on the primary monitor using a reg key entry or something similar that wouldn't require user interaction? This way users will not have to toggle monitors when accessing from a system with one monitor.

Yep this is indeed a problem. I have a large single monitor at home but 3 monitors at work and it's not efficient to use Splashtop business for the purpose of remote work. I'm curious how this will work with their new connector feature since that is piggy backing on RDP sessions.
