Verify what your techs can see and access
When setting up a new user/tech - how do you verify what they can see and access?
I have assigned 3 customers to a tech, and he claims he cant see anything in his portal... with 2fa enabled its not possible for me as an admin to verify or check this.
I am not even able to reset the password, as it sends an email to the user - i have no way of setting a password that i know, so I can get access. (disabling 2fa until done)
Add a feature so I can either reset the password or assume the identity of a given user ....

Make resetting password and 2FA available for account or owner level is currently not available due to security concerns, but your feedback has been received by the team :)
