Custom remap 'Input-Releasing Shortcut' command to something more rarely used.

Input-Releasing Shortcut is too generic for most uses. Every app has shortcuts that use CTRL+Alt.

Allow users to set custom shortcuts. For example CTRL+Alt+F11 would be a combination that I would never use in any of the applications I power use.
