Email alert for "Kernel Power" events

I would like to be alerted if a computer had a kernel power issue, which can happen if the computer freezes or blue screen. When that happens, our customer goes to the computer, turns it off and turn it back on, to get the computer back running again. Most of the time, they are not reporting this issue to us and we want a way for an alert to be sent out when this happens.

If you can go into the "Event Logs" tab in the computer properties (on the Splashtop website) and retrieve all of the event logs, including critical events, then Splashtop can find a way to automatically scan the event logs after a computer comes back online and when it spots a new critical event, it can send out an alert about it.
