Chat "Typing" indicator

When I start a chat from within a remote session I am controlling, there should be an indicator "agent typing..." to let the remote user know that I am in process of typing a message.
Not having this indicator results in the end user being impatient, wondering if I am actually typing something or just sitting doing nothing. They then close the chat box on their end or starting doing something else until I complete my message and send it. This is a very important feature to add.
