Computer Name parameter at install (Windows OS)

Splashtop has mentioned a parameter that defines the computer name at installation. It is mentioned in this article for Mac OS with on-prem:

This would be useful for me, however I would be needing it for Windows OS.

Does Splashtop have anything that allows Windows users to set the computer name at installation?

Unfortunately 3 options for deployment packages won't help. This would be for customized naming at the time of installation based on other factors. Installing Splashtop would be 1 step of many in a larger script and an earlier step would determine the naming convention.

Also, why was it made for a niche group of users (Mac and on-prem)?
