How to fix Remote Print missing the margins for QuickBooks

If you are Remote Printing files from QuickBooks and experiencing part of your document being cut off or receiving an error saying the file is blank, please try the following steps:

  1. Close and exit QuickBooks
  2. Click this link (http://dlm2.download.intuit.com/akdlm/SBD/QuickBooks/QBPDF/QuickBooksDesktopPDFTool.exe)
  3. Run the downloaded executable file
  4. Re-launch QuickBooks
  5. Print using Splashtop Remote Printer
