Device Authentication Notification

I would like to request the following feature:

The ability to edit the message that is displayed when a user attempts to login, and their device is not yet authenticated.

-Because of the time-sensitive nature, I would like that message to inform my users that they need to contact me within 2 hours to authenticate their device.
