Allow entry of existing desktop login PIN to access for IT

Since 2015, this problem is still an issue. (It's 3 weeks from 2023).

Client has changed his login password to a Microsoft suggested PIN usage which inadvertently locks IT out, even if IT knows the correct PIN.

Client has never installed a desktop login password but again, the sad PIN.

Not everyone can install streamer with no credential check (HIPAA and Financial regulations).

Splashtop Help desk agrees, we need PIN support or a way around this.
