Allow Custom Notes field in Alert Profile Alerts

Requesting a custom notes field for each alert in an alert profile. This is useful to include custom instructions or a detailed description of the alert. Include this custom note field in the Splashtop Alert email.

Example: We have a low disk space alert configured.
A notes field could contain instructions for a technician such as: "Check device and reach out to user to assist with disk space cleanup."
