Business and High Sierra crashes

I've been experiencing this issue since Developer Preview 1, 2, and 3.

Currently build is Mac OS X 10.13 (17A315i)

This is across several Macs from 2013 Mac Pro, 2016 MacBook Pro, 2015 MacBook, 2017 iMac. Several different machines, different variations in hardware. Common denominator being High Sierra DP. is quite rock Solid on Sierra 10.12.5 and 10.12.6.

  • Thanks for the feedback, James!

We've added the missing URL property that was causing the crash, and the result seems to be good with 10.13 beta 4. We'll continue to test and monitor with upcoming betas.

  • I am still getting a lot of random crashes on High Sierra with Splashtop

  • @Alexyancey3,

    Sorry about the issue.

We have a fix which has been confirmed by other beta users that can fix the issue. Please use below link to download the beta version app:

We will include the fix in the upcoming business app releases.

    Hope this helps.

  • Build so far has been running flawlessly across my 4 different Macs I use to remote in from.

2 machines on High Sierra latest release

    2 machines on High Sierra 10.13.1 DP4

No crashes at all since updating to this version.

Any word on a new public release? Really liking the new bar setup at the top of the remote windows.

    Appreciate the work guys.

  • James,

Glad to know that it helps, and thanks for the feedback on the new design!

I don't have an exact time schedule, but it should be available very soon.
