Clipboard Transfer Intermittent

Bidirectional clipboard transfer does not consistently or reliably function. Initial copy/paste works, but subsequent actions require 3 or 4 attempts before clipboard data is transferred. This occurs when copying 5 characters or 50, so the 16KB limitation does not appear to be the issue. I have verified that "Enable copy-and-paste" is enabled.

Sorry about the issues. We will be releasing a few copy-n-paste-related fixes in the upcoming 3.1.4.x Windows streamer and Splashtop Business app. Based on your description, there's a good chance your issue will be covered. 3.1.4.x releases will come within 2 weeks. If you'd like, feel free to file a support ticket as well.
