Cannot connect after switching users a few times

I have some new machines I put on my SplashTop account and while I was setting up users and disconnecting to switch, the computers will no longer be available to connect on SplashTop. I seem to be experiencing alot of difficulties with logging into windows in general as well. Every single time I first log into a computer VIA splashtop, I am disconnected and need to reconnect again.

Me too. Fast user switching does not seem to work. It is the click of death and cannot reconnect.
Even Logging off makes the machine unavailable. Is it just me?
