mouse cursor not in sync witch real mouse

When i take over a pc, my mouse cursor on the device is 10cm higher then my phisical mouse.
so it is out of sync. ik cannot reach the start button

Count me in as another having mouse issues since the latest update.

Didn't help - in fact the problem is much worse since the last update. For example, at times I cannot click on the File, View Edit, Tools etc menu - the dropdown dialog box will not appear no matter what.
I have attached a pic to show what the problem looks like - the mouse will appear to select a menu item, but the dropdown menu will not appear. This does work in LogMeIn, TeamViewer and GoToMyPC.
Just to add another item:
The menu dropdown works after I make any change to the Windows Theme.

We are trying to reproduce the issue in house.
But we believe the issue is related to the Windows theme which is with Aero theme active. Please use a theme with aero theme disabled then see if the issue happens again.
Having Mouse problems as well and it has been sense last update. Just lags and is very annoying to give support.

Our supporter has replied to your ticket.
I am having this exact problem on one of my remotes. Both the viewer are using the latest update as of 27.nov 2020. The problem was there before I updated to the latest version.
