how do I "wake up" a computer that is really on line?
When I try to connect to my computer remotely, I get a message that it Splashtop needs to wake up my computer. However, it is not sleeping and in reality is on line.

ps Your request (#6973) ticket number
@Dave,
Our supporter just replied your ticket.
sorry, I have the same issue and been waiting for a call
@Gidget,
What version of the streamer is on the culprit computer? Is it v3 one already?
Why I couldn't wake up my computer even though it's on and connected?
@Lucy,
Either firewall is blocking our traffic or streamer is in a buggy state.
Please file a support ticket and provide debug logs:
For Splashtop streamer that's running on "bronzage" - C:\Program Files (x86)\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server\log\*.*
For Splashtop Business app that's running on "Lucy-Laptop" - C:\ProgramData\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote Client for STB\User\*.txt
Thank you.
