windows 8 client can't see my computer

Splashtop Business - client on Windows 7 works well, accesses my work computer; but on my Windows 8.1 - the app logs me in correctly & says I have an active subscription - but "We don't see any of your computers!"

Indeed: Works great for Android tablets and phones, as well as iOS tablets and phones, and even desktop apps. However, this seems BUSTED for the Microsoft Surface Store downloads. Both Business and Personal show only a single computer, and not 20-some as there should be. I have uninstalled and re-installed with several power cycles. I cannot seem to get a different response. Sure would be nice to justify the spend on this 8.1 RT (wish it was Pro), as this is the most important application for the device. Still: THANKS FOR THE GREAT APP!
