Purchased program, now I cannot login to the desktop application. I can log in online, but cannot control remote computers as the client app does not log in.

Since the issue happened with your scheduled maintenance, I cannot connect to the remote computer.
The system is asking for a username and password at a point I don't recall, and I cannot log in.

I need to log into my PC I think because I added a new email address. Please tell me what to do. This REALLY INCONVENIENT because NEED to remotely get on my pc. Peter

We checked the backend you have two team computers currently online, "Peterxxxxxx-PC" and "Peter’s xxxxxx". Which computer did you try to connect but fail? Was there any error message?
Two computers. Just changed my password. Now I can not log into one of my computers. What now?

If the streamer on the remote computer is logged in using your Splashtop account credential, since the credential changed, you will need to re-login the streamer using updated credential.
You can use a deployment streamer to avoid this:
