This is not planned yet.
Because this is not allowed our only option is to go with Teamviewer
This is a HUGE drawback to using Splashtop for a primary solution as a technician.
This is needed by our company as well. This is holding us back a bit and causing us to still use goto.

We're in the final testing phase of this feature. It will be rolled out within 3 weeks (available to users of the SOS and Splashtop Remote Support - Plus products).
We appreciate your patience. It's been a long time in coming partly due to the architectural changes needed to the streamer software and to our servers.
2 techs will be able to remote into the same computer at the same time. Both will have control. We've generally heard 2 techs will be sufficient. Please let us know the use case if you frequently need more than 2.
