Login Failed Service unavilable (503)

Wont work on my laptop or ipad. Is there something wrong?

    @all,

    The issue has been fixed and the log-in (at web portal, apps and the streamer) should work now. 

    Really sorry for the inconvenience and once there is any update, I will keep you posted.

  • Any updates or timescales as we use this to support our customers and currently have our support staff sitting around unable to help anyone?  Our customers also use it for accessing their remote sites and we are getting calls from them too.

  • The login in Splashtop business works for now but we cannot connect to client computers (the message is "Wrong password Could not connect" even if the computer has no password
